Cardio vascular exercises can be a range of workouts from running on the treadmill to jumping jacks to lifting weights in High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T). Why cardio vascular training? It helps keep the heart healthy and makes you burn that useless amount of fat right off your body. The most important reason why trainers encourage cardio vascular exercises is because it makes workouts more fun and exhausts your body more, revealing your weak spots and therefore allowing your trainer to train you accordingly to make them stronger.
