The most important training being flexibility and mobility, flexibility as the name suggests gives the body ample ability to stretch it to the mind’s will and mobility is the strengthening factor required to keep the body free from all injuries. Both flexibility and mobility are necessary to lead a healthy and an injury free life. Lack of it will affect your workouts in the gym or your performance on the field.
